Billing

ShootBook AI offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse ShootBook AI. This includes using the platform for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

ShootBook AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested messages and responses on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent to your clients.

ShootBook AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShootBook AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

ShootBook AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShootBook AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
